All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.

When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note sometimes carriers are slow to update tracking information on initial pickup of your order. If this happens to you, please allow a few hours for their systems to update.

Back Orders/Out of Stock
As we utilize many different manufactures and wholesalers, it is therefore not practical to indicate stock levels on our website.
If an items(s) is out of stock when we process your order we will always contact you first either by phone or email to advise you of the situation. You will be given the following options;
Ship the remaining items from your order (if applicable) We will then ship the out of stock item(s) to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. We will NOT charge any additional postage for this.
Offer to refund the missing items and ship the rest of the order to you
Cancel the entire order (Refunds can take up to 3 working days depending on payment method)
How to return an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please login to your account and click the relevant order and select the 'Return Merchandise' option.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We will only cover return postage charges if the item is defective or has been sent in error. We will NOT cover change of mind returns.
You are responsible for paying the return postage charges. We will then credit your account for this amount, if we deem the item defective or sent in error. You will NOT be refunded for change of mind returns.
